I'm planning to put together a "Cat Filter", to use with posts that deal with the cats in my life (past and present) and their ups and downs. This is so I avoid bombarding people who are here for other things with cat stories and pics.

It's 4 am and I AM STILL AWAKE.

I have to take my sister's cat to the vet at 10 am. I hope I'm conscious for it. I hope I'm conscious after a deep and restful sleep, because if I'm going to have been up for 24 hours at that point I don't think I'd trust my driving.

I went out to lunch with friends who own cats and then to the Meow Mart and Scratching Post. I fell a little in love with Sweetie, with her lovely face (she's prettier in person) and sad expression, and with Gideon and his fluffy butt and happy purr (but it would be hard not to love Gideon ( Read more... )
